March 2024: Kyle has been helpful in dealing with a problem I had with a roof leak over my unit. He was out of town when I first contacted the office but he followed up with me when he returned. He’s contacted a contractor to make roof repairs and offered me another unit in the meantime. While I hate that the leak happened in the first place, I’m glad that the company is being responsive and accommodating.
Previously: This storage facility has fantastic customer service. They were very communicative when I needed a large unit on short notice and made sure I got what I needed when I needed it. The prices are reasonable as well. Would recommend.“
